i stood up from the bed of flowers to see the sun beginning to set, i couldn't see any of their faces but i could hear them whispering all around me, i could feel their eyes kindly watching me from a distance. i stood up as the flowers from the trees caught the wind and blew all around me. i kept walking until i entered the forest. i could hear them as they ran alongside me but i still couldn't see them. as they jumped from tree to tree, they sang their songs as loud as they cold. the pink sunset leaked through the branches and finally i could see them all around me.
